Ali Salman, our Founder and CTO, is a passionate technologist and entrepreneur dedicated to guiding Apex Consultants. As a minority who faced challenges in his tech career, Ali is determined to help others overcome obstacles and thrive in the industry.
His commitment stems from personal struggles, and he believes in unlocking the unique potential for every individual, paving the way for success in the tech world.
Saba, the COO, is an entrepreneur with a unique perspective and creative thinking that has been instrumental in reshaping the way Apex Consultants engages with the tech industry.
Growing up alongside Ali, she developed a keen understanding of the challenges faced by minorities in the tech world. This understanding, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, became the driving force behind Apex Consultants’ mission.

Like the founders, the company is rooted in a commitment to nurturing and empowering individuals, going beyond the conventional role of a recruiting and staffing tech company. Ali and Saba grew up in Pakistan, where they witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of water scarcity. They believe that clean water is a basic human right, yet millions in Pakistan still lack it. In partnership with Humanity First Pakistan, they’ve crafted a long-term strategy to combat this crisis. For every 10 job placements they achieve, they dig a well in Pakistan. So far, Ali and Saba have dug 8 wells across Pakistan.
